Pilates Online

Online private sessions can be conducted via Skype, FaceTime. Google Meet, or Zoom. Sign up for an online session by clicking here. A private Pilates session is 50 minutes in length and is tailored to each client. You need to have a mat to perform the exercises on. Props may be used such as towels, weights, or a magic circle. Props used for your session will be discussed with you in advance to make sure you have the props available. Our 24-hour cancellation policy applies to online private sessions. Online sessions are available during our normal business hours.

  • Before your first session, you will need to complete a registration form. This will be emailed to you at the time you schedule your first appointment. If this is not completed prior to your visit, we will use the beginning of the appointment to complete the form.

  • For your own comfort, you may want to eat only lightly 2 hours prior to your workout.

  • Wear comfortable clothes—leggings/yoga pants, or close-fitting shorts, athletic top or t-shirt, and socks.
